RunDisney weather is unpredictable. We can make any of our capri and tanks into ankle length and short sleeves or long sleeves. Just ask. We can help!

Because the costumes are custom made for you, we cannot accept returns.  If your product is flawed, please contact us to discuss a refund/return in that case. 

Most of our items are printed on demand on the individual fabric.

Variations in placement: Some slight variations will occur and they may not line up exactly perfectly from the front to the back. These are fun to wear and we do our best to make them turn out magical and fun!

Colors and brightness: Printing is done each time so perhaps the coloring will be different on each item produced but we do our best to keep things matching as best we can. Also the different items are made of different materials so each one takes ink differently than the other!

Have a major issue, then we will address that!

Sizing is hard for online and we know that. 

Talk to us about sizing. The internet is an amazing platform where small sellers craft items for great customers. But we do craft these for you and returns are unfortunate for small, made to order sellers. So talk to me about your size before you order. Please carefully review and ask questions about sizing. We pretty much get it right every time if you ask us!!

We ship using USPS, DHL and Fedex with a tracking number.
